At NC Plastic Pallets, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Because our products are large, heavy, and often ship by freight, our return process is different from typical parcel-shipped items. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order.

2. Conditions for Accepted Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition that they were delivered.

Items must be returned on a pallet, wrapped, and secured for freight pickup.

All original quantities must be returned (partial returns are not accepted unless approved in writing).

Due to the nature of industrial products, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, contamination, damage, or exposure to chemicals, oils, food waste, or hazardous materials.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Β
Because our products are oversized and ship via freight, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was damaged in transit or the incorrect item was sent.
Return freight fees can be significant. We strongly encourage customers to review order specifications carefully before purchasing.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Used pallets or drums after they have been placed into service

Items purchased as βused,β βrecycled,β or βgrade Bβ if the condition matches the product description

Products that were customized or cut

Bulk orders over 25 units, unless damaged in transit

Items damaged due to improper unloading or lack of equipment at delivery

5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Β
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

Take clear photos at delivery, including pallet, wrapping, and any visible damage

Note damage on the delivery receipt before the carrier leaves

Contact us within 24 hours with photos and order details

If freight damage is confirmed, we will replace the product or issue a refund at no cost to you.

6. Refund Process
Β
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges, lift-gate fees, and freight surcharges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships at no cost.
If the order has already shipped:

It may still be canceled, but freight charges will be deducted from the refund after the shipment is returned.

8. Pickup Order Policy

For warehouse pickups:

Orders must be picked up within 10 days

If an order is not picked up within 10 days, it may be canceled and refunded minus a 10% restocking fee
